My Story

As a mother of three, including two adult sons and a young daughter, I understand the importance of support in our lives. My experiences as a therapist, a wife and a business owner have also given me a valuable perspective on the complexities of relationships. I know that the journey to becoming a therapist can be difficult, but I want to make sure you know that it's so worth it!

I started my own practice in 2011, and let me tell you, it's been an amazing ride ever since! I've loved every minute of it and I want to help you have the same fun and exciting journey as I did. I have been both a therapist and a client, I understand the work that goes into building a successful practice and I am here to help you achieve your goals and make your dreams come true. It's time to make your private practice goals and dreams come true and I am here to help you. Let's make this journey together and make it exciting and fun!

I couldn't be more excited to be your guide in starting a private practice! I feel a strong connection to community and a deep desire to help others succeed. Growing up in the Bronx, I saw firsthand the challenges that many communities and individuals face, and I knew I wanted to be a part of creating positive change.
